At DoorTrap™, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to enjoy every laugh with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Who Can Request a Return

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • It is returned in its original packaging, complete and undamaged.
  • You can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of misuse, excessive wear, or intentional damage after delivery.


How To Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

⚠️ Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.

We are not responsible for returns resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or refused deliveries.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a replacement or a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products.
  • Items returned damaged after delivery.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Gift cards or promotional codes.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After review, we'll provide a replacement or a full refund when applicable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.


European Union Customers

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
